Damian Trevor leverages over 13 years of experience in the construction and development business as the founder of Team Sun Construction, a general construction firm that builds custom residential homes in the Coachella Valley. Team Sun Construction handles all parts of the custom construction process. Damian Trevor manages the architectural and construction plan process with the City Building and Planning Departments of Rancho Mirage, Indian Wells, Palm Springs, and La Quinta.
Damian Trevor manages each project from its inception to its completion. Trevor and his construction team realize that a client’s objectives and interests are important to consider early on in the process to ensure a project’s success. Damian Trevor monitors the construction timeline with specifically tailored software and programs.
Damian Trevor graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 1995 with honors and always had a passion for real estate development and construction projects. He was first introduced to the construction industry while working with a private equity group on construction development projects in Southern California. He worked closely with architects, general contractors and subcontractors to ensure that the company’s projects were completed on time, within budget and achieved quality standards. This untraditional beginning allowed Damian to fully understand the client’s perspective and the challenges to building a new home or remodeling an existing residence. Damian thoroughly enjoys the challenge of exceeding his client’s expectations on all levels.
